- Develop in Apex, Lightning, and other technologies to solve complex business problems
- Design, build, and maintain system integrations to bring data in and out of Health Cloud, using the appropriate Platform capabilities
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering colleagues to identify opportunities and address them with sustainable, usable, secure, high-performance solutions
- Plan, Estimate, & Track through the development cycle
- Automate tasks for production monitoring and maintenance
- Stay in the loop on new Salesforce products and capabilities
- 3+ years of experience building and testing custom solutions in Apex
- 2+ years of experience with NICE CX One
- Experience with data integration, Salesforce Platform APIs, or other supporting technologies
- Salesforce Health Cloud
- Continuous integration, especially with Salesforce DX
- Experience in our other technologies is a bonus: Python, Golang, Ruby, React, GraphQL, AWS
- HL7 FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources)
- ER is a software solution that helps conservationists make informed operational decisions. We help prevent the poaching of endangered species, fight deforestation, promote human-wildlife coexistence, and advocate for the legal protection of wildlife. We do this by integrating real-time data from 60+ hardware sensors (animal trackers, radios, vehicles, etc), rangers, patrols, remote imaging, etc., and providing visibility and analysis of conservation activities across landscapes. More than 125 conservation organizations use ER today, from iconic national parks like Masai Mara Reserve in Kenya and North Luangwa National Park in Zambia to species-specific conservation programs like the Snow Leopard Trust in Mongolia and Panthera’s Mountain Lion Program in Washington state.
